"This office is a joke…. I have been trying to contact them for the last few weeks to ask about a claim and adding a new driver to our policy. I have left voicemails and not once did someone call me back. Finally a few days ago someone answered but she couldn't answer my questions so she said Id receive a call back. I got a call today but missed it and called back literally 30 seconds later and was told the lady who called me was out to lunch. So i commented that that was weird since she just called 30 seconds ago and how Im just frustrated because I've been trying to get a hold of them for weeks with no answers. She said she would transfer me to someone who would help. She placed me on hold and then hung up on me. I tried calling back and now they're not answering again…. After that I immediately called state farm headquarters to switch my agent. This location is not for their customers…. EDITED TO ADD— this office responded to my negative review in less than 24 hours but couldnt return multiple calls within weeks… ridiculous"

"Don't waste your damn time they don't care about their customers they will tell you one thing and then when their system doesn't let you of course you can't get ahold of them and when you do they just say tough luck and don't care if you find insurance elsewhere I highly recommend going anywhere else. Update I was never contacted but yet they want to claim they want to resolve the issue and want me to call but my issue is with the woman that I talked to and I will not call back and talk to them"
