"Switched to Allstate for less than a third the cost of what I was paying here (saving me over $100 a month on my mortgage). They have delayed every step as long as possible on getting my money back. It has been 7 weeks since I switched and I still haven't gotten a refund check with the proper name on it. (Yes my policy was 100% through this office. The policy was incorrectly put under my daughters name who is a minor by State Farm. Hence why I am still waiting on a check with the proper name on it so that it can be cashed!)"

"I just switched to state farm and not only was I extremely impressed with my coverage, but my agent, here - Sam Knight, as well. She helped me select options that are much better than I was previously getting, explained important details about certain coverage that I was shocked no one had ever made sure I knew, and was even proactive in helping me make a plan on what policy changes I would want for upcoming changes in circumstance. She answered questions I really wouldn't have thought to ask! Not only do I now have, by far, better auto insurance, but I added renters and I'm still paying a substantial amount less than what I was, and what I assumed I could pay for the coverage. It was a great experience and I'm looking forward to working with Sam in the future. The whole process was easier than going to the grocery store. I couldn't be happier!"

"Bryan Wells was personable, friendly, flexible, incredibly knowledgeable about current and upcoming rates, and helped close a deal on car insurance with me. He encouraged me to apply for State farm's Save and Save discount which encourages safe driving that directly reflects into savings on your monthly plan. With his personalized step by step game plan, my rates will continue to go down as time goes on. He's worked with my grandpa multiple times, and to wind up with the same associate my grandpa recommends by chance was comforting and lucky! Don't try to get lucky like I did, ask for Byran Wells!"
